Square Two


   
Living here at Lake Tahoe, mountain imagery is everywhere. I've been kicking this idea around for a while, and the blog was a perfect opportunity to try it out:

I hope you can make out the lake in the bottom half, and the mountains above! The foreground in soft browns and greens recalls the mountain meadows that reach the lake's edge.

In keeping with my and Dustin's penchant for classical themes, I've named this one 'Tahoe-lympus', forgive the pun!

This square is made with size 11 Delica beads, edged with size 15 rocailles.
